About Us

Timothy B. Cassidy is the President and Owner of Senior Consulting, LLC. From 1986 through 2002, Tim was an owner/manager of long-term care facilities. Tim has also been a Co-Developer or Primary Consultant to Non Profit Organizations for Assisted Living, CCRC, and Independent Living projects nationwide. Tim leads the Senior Consulting in providing operational consulting, strategic marketing, business development, financial analysis, developmental strategies, compliance, and risk management services. Through his Company, Tim often helps companies and organizations take a project from an idea to fruition. 

Ashley Jordan Lahoud, M.U.P., Senior Advisor, is a specialist in fundraising and community development. She has over ten years’ experience in the nonprofit sector, primarily responsible for fund and program development. Ms. Lahoud joined Senior Consulting as a Senior Advisor in 2011, contributing to the planning and implementation of the Company’s business planning, research, and client relations efforts,including for a number of AL, IL, and MC housing developments. She has an extensive network in the nonprofit and private sectors, and is passionate about advancing Senior Consulting’s mission. Ms. Lahoud has a Master of Urban Planning degree from Hunter College.

Rudy Yandrick is the team’s Senior Analyst. His career spans the fields of communications, risk management and legislative affairs. He currently works as an editorial specialist based in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Rudy graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. degree in journalism in 1979. Since then, he has competed training programs in such fields as managed health care,management, insurance, employee assistance, conflict resolution and customer service.

Bill Grey, SVP Texas Operation Bill Grey comes to our team of executives with over 25 years of experience in Hospital Administration.  Most recently, Bill has served as Corporate Director of Acquisitions and Start-ups for Reliant Hospital Partners, where he assessed target markets for the development or purchase of inpatient rehabilitation facilities.  Prior to that, Bill was the Regional CFO for Reliant Hospital Partners, integrating and presenting financial data for their 7 hospitals.  Most recently he served as CEO of Reliant’s Rehab Hospital in Round Rock, TX.  He was the first hospital CEO hired by the startup firm of Reliant and saw the opening of this 75-bed rehab hospital from construction commencement through their first year of operation.  After only 4 months, the facility turned a positive EBITDA margin.

Bill has Acute, Rehab, and LTAC experience as a hospital CEO with companies such as CHS, HealthSouth, and Vencor.  At HealthSouth, he was successful in developing a start-up Rehab hospital in Odessa, TX, which quickly turned the highest EBITDA margin percentage in the entire company.  Bill started his career as a hospital CFO with American Medical International after receiving his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Duke University.

Our Team Approach – In addition to the team members referenced herein, we have a myriad of other support staff and team members used on an “as needed” basis, including a CPA that has completed many Assisted Living forecasts and senior living budgets. In addition, we call on nurse consultants as needed for various engagements, such as risk management or assisting a skilled nursing operator in addressing compliance issues.
