Intergenerational Programs
The Preschool Senior Companion Programis a program that has been organized in well over 100 senior living and nursing facilities over the years, matching these facilities and communities with local child care centers that bring preschoolers and volunteers to communities for scheduled events that include almost twenty different types of programs that kids and seniors love doing together.
Recently, we have organized and sponsored art days which involve kids, adults, and seniors. While all can have fun with crayons and paper and reasonably-priced oil paints, brushes, and canvases, they can create a work of art that lasts for children, let alone in the memories of the multiple generations that become involved in that event. Reach out to Tim@SeniorLivingDeveloper.com for additional information on our programs, as well as how we can help you organize Intergenerational Programs that create lasting benefits and memories.
Senior Mentoring is another program that has been organized at many dozens of locations over the years, which includes programs for different age groups for youth that are online or in-person.
