Skilled Nursing Compliance Support – We use a deep team of nursing consultants in addition to an operational team to support facilities that have issues with compliance. We provide these services to both a Long Term Care Operator or to facility ownership that leases to operators. It is important for a healthcare REIT or private owners to monitor their operators and managers and their compliance performance, let alone their maintenance of the facility and other items.
Skilled Nursing Physical Plant Maintenance – As an experienced developer and construction manager, we can provide services to assess a skilled nursing physical plan and develop short or long term maintenance and capital improvements projects. These services are important for both a skilled nursing manager and a property owner to ensure operators are maintaining their facilities.
Subacute and Specialty Services – Opportunities exist within certain markets and/or within certain states to provide higher levels of care and acuities. Often creating a specialty unit that could be for dementia, rehab or sub-acute can fill a need within the community and substantially increase revenue for a Skilled Nursing Facility operator.
